Original & photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate (KMC or municipal authority)
Two recent passport-sized color photographs of child and one family photograph
Photocopy of child’s Immunization / Medical Vaccination Chart
Photocopy of Address Proof (Electricity Bill / Aadhaar / Passport / Rental Deed)
Photocopy of Parent’s highest educational qualification credentials
Transfer Certificate (TC) & previous report card (for Classes I to V only)
Sibling ID proof (photocopy of current Carmel fee receipt/ID card if applicable)
Aadhaar Card copy of child (if available)
